CONNECT-ED Lab is actively involved in international projects that bring together universities, educational institutions, training providers and civil society organisations. These collaborations support educational research, professional development, evidence-informed practice and innovation across different educational contexts.

Sensitive and responsive parenting in the first 1,000 days: Nurturing Empowerment, Support and Training: NEST1000

NEST1000 focuses on promoting sensitive and responsive parenting during the first 1000 days of a child’s life, from pregnancy to the age of two. The project brings together expertise from education, health and community services to develop and test a Train-the-Trainer programme for professionals working with parents and families. Its purpose is to strengthen early parent–child relationships and support children’s healthy development and well-being.

INSPIRE – Data for Impact

INSPIRE – Data for Impact explores how educational data can be transformed into meaningful evidence for institutional development, informed decision-making and educational improvement. The project encourages international cooperation and the development of practical, research-informed approaches to using data in education.

Empowering VET Educators for Democratic Futures in Polarizing Times

The project supports vocational education and training professionals in developing the competences needed to address polarization and strengthen democratic culture through education. It focuses on practical training resources, inclusive learning environments and the application of the Council of Europe’s Reference Framework of Competences for Democratic Culture.
